Covid19 Protocols

 

 

To enhance the precautionary measures against Covid-19, Four Star by Trans Hotel is committed to providing safe and clean environment and to assure our guests that we have extremely high standards of health and safety in place at our hotel. Below are several protocols which we have taken:

RELATED TO OUR STAFF

  1. Every employee is required to follow COVID-19 government’s protocol including their commute from home to the hotel and vice versa and their personal hygiene (i.e. wearing face mask at all times). It is also recommended to directly take a bath after arrived at home from work, etc.
  2. Body temperature of every staff/vendor is checked every time entering the hotel area.
  3. If an employee shows COVID-19 symptoms (fever ≥ 37.3°C with cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties) Hotel Manager (HM) and Human Resources together with the Emergency Response Team (ERT) will assist the employee with procedures that follows the official protocol of the government.
  4. Procedure on ‘How to Handle Employee with COVID-19 Symptoms’ is issued by referring to the government official protocol.
  5. Every employee is required to wash their hands correctly and periodically.
  6. Additional hand sanitizer is provided in various employee areas.
  7. Guest-contact employees are required to wear face mask and gloves at all times (especially Food and Beverages, Housekeeping, and Loss and Prevention Departments).
  8. Implementation of physical distancing by maintaining a minimum 1.5-meter distance.
  9. The education and campaign about COVID-19, healthy lifestyle as well as the importance of washing your hands correctly and periodically are conducted through several media and in many areas.
  10. To ensure the hygiene standard, sanitation treatment with international standard products are conducted to every hotel’s facilities regularly, including employee area.

RELATED TO THE SERVICE TO OUR GUESTS

  1. Body temperature check is conducted to our guests in every hotel’s entrance area.
  2. If a guest shows COVID-19 symptoms (fever ≥ 37.3°C with cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties) Hotel Manager (HM) together with the Emergency Response Team will assist the guest referring to the official protocol by the government.
  3. Hotel has coordinated with referral Hospitals to handle COVID-19 patients; RSUD Wangaya, which is located 15 minutes from the Hotel.
  4. Guests are required to use face mask at all times in public area.
  5. Guests are required to implement the physical distancing by maintaining a minimum 1.5-meter distance.
  6. Additional hand sanitizer is provided in every hotel’s entrance as well as various hotel’s public area.
  7. Education and campaign about COVID-19, healthy lifestyle as well as the importance of washing your hands correctly and periodically are conducted through several media and in many areas.

RELATED TO FACILITIES AND SERVICE

ROOMS

  1. To ensure the hygiene standard, sanitation treatment with international standard products are conducted to every hotel’s facilities regularly, including guest room.
  2. Increasing the frequency of cleaning with disinfectant/alcohol 70% to products or facilities which are often touched by the guests both in public area and guest room, such as door handle, elevator button, chair, table, equipment, etc.
  3. Procedures of handling facility and guest service are aligned with the government official protocol.
  4. Education and campaign about COVID-19, healthy lifestyle as well as the importance of washing your hands correctly and periodically are displayed in every room and public area.
  5. Additional hand sanitizers are set up at various hotel’s public area
  6. Guest laundry processes are using special treatment from the third party with the high level of hygiene.
  7. Maintain the temperature, PH, and chlorine level of swimming pool’s water according to hygiene standard.
  8. Physical distancing implementation by maintaining a minimum 1.5-meter distance in all areas, such as lobby area, The Restaurant, Pool area, meeting room and ballroom set up.
  9. Guest-contact employees are required to wear face mask and gloves at all time.
  10. Security personnel who are in-charge at the vehicle and temperature check area are required to wear face mask and gloves at all times.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

  1. To ensure the hygiene standard, sanitation treatment with international standard products is conducted to every hotel’s facilities regularly, including kitchen and restaurant area.
  2. Increasing the frequency of cleaning with disinfectant/alcohol 70% to products or facilities which are often touched by the guests, including restaurant and kitchen area such as chair, table, equipment, etc.
  3. All food & beverages are processed through international food safety standard.
  4. Procedures of handling facility and guest service are aligned with the government official protocol.
  5. Education and campaign about COVID-19, healthy lifestyle as well as the importance of washing your hands correctly and periodically are displayed in kitchen, restaurant and public area.
  6. Additional hand sanitizers are set up at the restaurant area.
  7. Physical distancing implementation by maintaining a minimum 1.5-meter distance, implementing a maximum guests on other Hotel’s facilities (maximum 50% from total capacity of The Restaurant, etc).
  8. Guest-contact employees are required to wear face mask, face shield, and gloves at all time.
  9. Implementation of served breakfast service to ensure the hygiene and safety of food and beverage products. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the breakfast in the room.
  10. Providing food and beverage take-away services to support work/study from home program.
